End User License Agreement

Edgy comes with a free trial, so you can try every feature with nothing to sign up for. After the trial, a one-time license keeps the lights on (literally). We give you a personal license to use Edgy on up to 3 of your Macs. It is yours to use, not to resell or share.

Please don't resell or redistribute Edgy, try to reverse-engineer or modify it, work around the license or the trial, or remove any copyright or trademark notices.

Edgy, its name, and its design belong to Renato Costa. Your license lets you use the app, but it doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

A license is a one-time purchase, plus any VAT or sales tax for your country, which Lemon Squeezy adds and handles at checkout. Payments go through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. If you change your mind, you can get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Just email renatocesarcp@gmail.com.

Updates are free for everyone, forever, and the app installs them automatically. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the app grows.

Edgy runs entirely on your Mac. The glow is drawn locally, Audio Sync listens to your audio locally, and Ambient mode samples your screen locally. Nothing is recorded, and nothing leaves your computer. To check your license the app talks to Lemon Squeezy, and to update itself it fetches a file from our server. Neither is used to track you. Edgy is provided as is. We do our best to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly or fit every purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, Edgy. If we are ever held liable, it won't be for more than you paid for your license.

This license lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break these terms, and you can end it any time by deleting the app.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland.
